Day 1: Get Swole

For the next 30 days I intend to start up a new work out plan. The reason I wanted to try this is because in high school I would always here that I was to skinny and that i need to put on some muscle. Over the next 30 days I intend on working out at least 4 or 5 times a week. At the end of the next 30 days i want to be here....

... but really in 30 days I want to be able to tell a difference in my physical appearance and mental state of mind from working out.
